How to Download the Files

Fast Access to your Order List — Account>Orders

Step1. Complete the Order

First, there is two way for you to complete orders—both by signing up, or not. You can get access in both cases but I recommend choosing an email address that you use most and signing up and logging in. With an account, you can access your purchase list more easily.

+The email you used when you sign up is the address where the download links and confirmation messages arrive. So please, please don’t forget which email address you first entered.

+Unfortunately, Paypal is the only platform that is available. There was another option called Stripe which offers customers more options like credit card—but then it doesn’t support any new account for South Korea. (I almost cried out of stress 😭 I mean, not again! What is wrong with this country and why is it supported for international E-commerce this little?) Anyway…… it seems by where you are from, Paypal lead you to pay by your Paypal account or credit card.

Step2. Check “Order summary”

Once the order is completed, the site will automatically lead you to “Order summary”. There you will see the “DOWNLOAD ITEM” button just like in the images below.

Step3. Check You Email Inbox

The moment the order is completed, you will get two emails : an order confirmation email, and “Ready” email. This “Ready“ email is the one with the download like.

The title of the email will be like “Lana Green Art: Order #- is Ready”

The link in this email will be alive just for 24hours. If you were logged in when you made the order, you can follow Step4.1. If you were not logged in, follow Step4.2.

Step4.1 Authenticate email address

You can access your order list at the account tap. Click on Account tap on the top right side of the website, click on Orders, then you’ll see the list showing the orders you made so far. Click the order you need the files again, and you’ll see the DOWNLOAD button.

Step4.2 Authenticate email address

If you were not logged in when you place the order, you can view the DOWNLOAD button on the website. Try access the website through the email you got first. By authenticating the email address you used when ordering at the website by following steps in the image below, the DOWNLOAD button will be alive again. I recommend signing up and logging in because the steps will be a lot easier when you do ;)
